Virgin Atlantic Black Friday deals are often scooped up by travellers keen for bargain breaks every year. This year, the big day comes on Friday, November 27 – in just two weeks. What does Virgin have in store for 2020’s biggest day of shopping and sales?

Virgin Atlantic has not yet released its Black Friday 2020 offers.

According to a company spokeswoman, Virgin will release the deals nearer the event.

Last year, the UK-based airline launched a full week of deals.

Each new deal unlocked at midnight, ready for customers to bag a bargain on their next big adventure.

One offer saw lucky travellers benefitting from 20 percent across Virgin Caribbean destinations.

However, jet-setters don’t have to wait until November 27 to book a Virgin deal.

The holiday operator currently has a vast selection of offers available.

Packages for 2021 are currently on sale, meaning customers can book their flight and hotel and save on their holiday – now departing up to December 2021.

For instance, holidaymakers can snap up a seven-night package holiday to Orlando, Florida in August from £535 per person.

Or, there’s seven-night in Antigua in June from £975 per person – plus many other offers.

Among the airline’s top deals right now are Barbados flights from £395.

There are also New York flights from £281, Lagos from £623 and India from £391.

All Virgin Atlantic flights now come with complimentary coronavirus global insurance cover.

The insurance will be available on all new and existing bookings and applies automatically to all flights booked with Virgin Atlantic.

The policy is designed to complement existing travel insurance and provide additional peace of mind for upcoming trips.

In the event that you or someone else on your booking becomes ill with coronavirus while travelling, Virgin Atlantic COVID-19 Cover will ensure related costs are covered.

The will apply no matter how long the trip is or even if you’re visiting another destination on the same overseas trip.

The insurance policy is fulfilled by Allianz Assistance and covers emergency medical and associated expenses while abroad totalling £500,000 per customer.

No excess payment required and the policy also covers expenses incurred up to £3,000 if a customer is denied boarding, at either departure or in destination, or has to quarantine due to positive or suspected COVID-19 during a trip.

Express.co.uk will update this page when Virgin Atlantic releases its 2020 Black Friday deals.
